Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]. By using FEAST you agree to these terms.

What FEAST is

FEAST is a marketplace where restaurants offer discounted meals that unlock when enough meals are ordered. FEAST is not a restaurant and not a delivery service. Meals are prepared and provided by participating restaurants and picked up with a voucher.

How a Feast works

Each Feast has a minimum number of meals and a countdown. When you join, your payment method is authorized and funds may appear as a temporary hold. If the Feast reaches its goal in time, payment is captured and you receive a voucher. If it doesn’t, you aren’t charged.

Vouchers and pickup

Vouchers must be redeemed at the restaurant by the stated pickup deadline. [Founder: confirm expiry and no-show rules.]

Your account

You must provide accurate information and may not misuse the service. [Add age requirement.]

Liability and law

[Attorney to complete: warranty disclaimer, limits of liability, governing law in [STATE], dispute process.]
